Information Security Risk Management Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as VP, Information Security. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our Information Security Risk Management efforts and ensuring the overall delivery of our enterprise Information Security oversight and challenge approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Information Security strategies and policies to protect our assets and data.
- Lead the Information Security Risk Management team and ensure the effective management of Information Security risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate Information Security risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Information Security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security leadership roles, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Information Security strategies and policies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
