Information Security Risk Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Management Leader to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Information Security Risk Management efforts and ensuring the overall delivery of enterprise Information Security oversight and challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Information Security risk management strategies and policies to ensure the protection of Manulife's assets and data.
- Lead the Information Security Risk Management team and provide guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of Information Security risk management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate Information Security risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective Information Security risk management practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Information Security threats and trends and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security risk management, with a strong background in leading Information Security teams and developing Information Security risk management strategies.
- Proven track record of success in implementing Information Security risk management practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging Information Security threats and trends and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
