Restaurant Operations Manager at Stacked Pancakes & Breakfast House

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits. This includes developing a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies. You will also be responsible for modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, monitoring revenues to determine labor costs, and determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities, and participating in marketing plans and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
