As a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, facilitating payment arrangements, and resolving customer account discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and respectful manner
  • Facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
  • Resolve customer account discrepancies and ensure accurate information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Strong communication and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Commitment to learning and growing within the business
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment is an asset
