Job Title: Security Team Lead - Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Security Team Lead to coordinate events, programs, and activities at SIGNAL 88 SECURITY OF LONDON ONTARIO. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate schedules for events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Logistics: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, management).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and ability to learn new systems.
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
