Job Summary
Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of security and customer service at our location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the activities of security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with site management and community agencies to address security concerns and implement instructions as necessary.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance security services and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and orientation to new security staff and ensure they are qualified and trained for their roles.
- Assign work duties to security staff and create and manage work schedules.
- Address performance problems through the Paladin performance management procedures.
- Review and sign-off on incident reports created by security staff.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide support to staff, volunteers, and library patrons.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- Valid First Aid Level C Certificate.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain a professional composure in pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
Certification Requirements
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, Valid Ontario Security License.
