We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Lead to join our team at Global Pharma Tek.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of change management principles and practices. As a Strategic Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading medium to large transformational change projects, developing actionable change management plans, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans. They will also possess strong presentation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformational change projects, applying structured change management approaches and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communications, coaching, training, and resistance management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess change impacts on business processes and technology solutions.
  • Define and measure success metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency related to changes.
  • Prioritize workload, demonstrate critical thinking, identify problems, develop, and implement solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical context.
  • Strong consulting skills to engage with stakeholders, particularly in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to inform executive decision-making and report status to corporate governance bodies.
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.
