Job Summary:

At TAX SERVICES 2000, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including handling phone calls and messages
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system, ensuring seamless communication
- Record and relay information, maintaining accurate records and files
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Receive and issue payments, handling financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, maintaining a organized and efficient workspace

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in computer and technology skills, including word processing software, electronic mail, and MS Windows
