Requirements

  • 2+ years of quick service experience in a supervisory role.
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
  • Strong operational experience and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and empower team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
