Job Summary

The Senior Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, menu management, inventory control, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Lead and manage restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee data, using this information to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in enhanced overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.
Work Setting

This role will be based in one of our SLPH Restaurants Inc locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, and moving about the restaurant.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
