Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, for this full-time position. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week in a fast-paced environment and will be required to wear protective gear and follow all safety protocols.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies. This includes:

  • Assessing damage to determine the extent of repairs needed
  • Replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame underbody components
  • Filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces to be repaired
  • Masking and taping auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Hammers out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Removing damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolting or welding replacement parts into place
  • Applying primers and repainting surfaces
  • Repairing or replacing interior components
  • Mixing paint, blending, and matching colors
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least one year of experience in automotive body repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail
