**AUTOMOTIVE TIRE/LUBE TECHNICIAN (TLT) - VICTORY LUBE**

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our service team. This position is a team-based position working with other technicians to service customers' vehicles.

**The Automotive Tire & Lubricant Technician (TLT)**
The TLT position plays a vital role in the service team. They are the tire, lubricant and maintenance experts for our customers. They will be required to work with the team to perform vital checks and services and provide key information to the CSA, so they can help customers make the correct maintenance decisions. If you have a passion for helping customers and working with others, this role could be perfect The automotive business is rapidly changing, and there are a lot of career paths; this position can lead to whether tire technician, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Store owner.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or some secondary level education preferred
- Automotive knowledge and experience as a TLT
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers in ENGLISH
- Team player and wiliness to learn

**Pay**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
