We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Zenith Training Center. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Administration: Manage contracts, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and maintain a digital database.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Will train. Must be available for shift or on-call work and willing to relocate for this position. Work term: Permanent. Work language: English. Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
