Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Manitoba Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
