Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET developer to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with our customers based in Montreal and internationally to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that meet their objectives and requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the design and development of customer projects, including new applications, functionality enhancements, problem correction, and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with our team to define the architecture of innovative solutions based on customer needs analysis.
  • Defining technical and functional specifications to ensure successful project execution.
  • Evaluating development efforts for new solutions or improvements.
  • Putting developed solutions into production and managing change.
  • Supporting pre-sales efforts, including effort evaluations, technology analysis, and more.
  • Ensuring the highest development standards through code review, unit testing, and adherence to the software development lifecycle.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of development activities, including agility, code assembly, automated testing, deployment, and more.
  • Providing support to colleagues and helping mentor junior team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with new solutions and technologies on the market.
  • Working collaboratively with Agile-Scrum teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft .Net C#, ASP.NET, Web API technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end development, including React, Angular, VueJS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong relational database skills, including ORMs and DAOs like Entity Framework and SQL language.
  • Familiarity with noSQL databases is an asset.
  • Good understanding of basic DevOps concepts, with Azure DevOps being a plus.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, including Java, PHP, Node.JS, Python, and more.
  • Experience working in Agile and collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken, as some customers may be French or English-speaking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearBenefits
