About This Role

This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree, pursuing a career in web development or a related field.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Stack Web Developer Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with experts from diverse sectors.

The Role We Are Offering You:

As a Full Stack Web Developer Intern, you will be responsible for creating and improving web applications, scripts, and databases to optimize the working tools of our engineering departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve web applications, scripts, and databases
  • Assist in the analysis, budget planning, and deadlines for the development and maintenance of new web applications
  • Bring our organization's applications to their full capacity for use
  • Fix bugs and optimize existing applications
  • Model or modify databases
  • Introduce artificial intelligence and support the evolution of platforms
  • Report creation and documentation of processes in UML

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS, Angular, and React
  • Knowledge of C# and .Net
  • Knowledge of MVC architecture and REST architecture
  • Knowledge of unit and functional testing techniques
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases and UML diagrams
  • Knowledge of GIT version management software and Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodology
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019 with IIS and spoken and written English and French

Assets:

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Containers, and Power BI

Preferred Education:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in web development or a related field with 2 years/1 internship completed

Location of the Internship: CAE Montreal

Internship Mode: Hybrid
