HireTalent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team in the development of a cutting-edge Communication Surveillance Platform. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for delivering this critical project across all products and collaborate with teams globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in mentoring developers working on full-stack Java environments, preferably in the communication surveillance field. They should possess an advanced understanding of various fundamentals and concepts within the domain of communication surveillance in the financial sector.

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong grasp of Java, Python, VueJS (or similar), and experience working on distributed computing environments. Additionally, they should have working experience in an agile environment as a technical leader for full-stack Java development in a distributed environment, collaborating with Data Scientists.

A successful candidate will have expertise in CICD, Bit bucket, Artifactory, Ansible, Jenkins, and Sonar Cube. Experience with JAVA, J2EE, JavaScript, Perl, and all project lifecycle stages from Requirements Gathering to Post-Implementation is essential. They must be able to manage conflicting requests on time in a fast-moving environment and have strong UNIX skills.

This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
