Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various features and components of our web-based application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex user interfaces using React to create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing web applications.
  • Build and implement scalable backend solutions, leveraging .NET Core to support our growing web-based applications.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration of multiple microservices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional frontend components.
  • Work closely with the product owner and product stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team members.
  • Collaborate with DevOps specialists to optimize deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
  • Innovate and collaborate within the team, leading by example through exemplary coding practices, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology or college diploma combined with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer and 5 years of experience with React.
  • Solid experience in building and consuming microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Design and maintain SQL databases, including creating stored procedures, views, and triggers.
  • Proficiency using source control (Git).
  • Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in both backend and frontend systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in web development.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Haves
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps (or GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
  • Experience in the insurance or fintech industry.
