We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Lead to join our team at 360 Comfort Systems. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customers' heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment meets or exceeds technical standards and municipal building codes.
- Follow all Energy Star service and installation processes and procedures.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote various HVAC options.
- Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
- Lead generation and CPP (Customer Protection Plan) enrollments.
- A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC service or installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters.
- Valid Gas Fitter or Refrigeration License.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
