  • Provide expert service and maintenance for HVAC equipment, ensuring it meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.

  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments, applying your knowledge to improve our services and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • A valid Gas Technician II license, with a certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card, with a Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, with a strong understanding of electronics and electricity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer safety.
