Commercial Insurance Career Starter

We're seeking a career-minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Career Starter. As a trusted advisor, you'll own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
  • Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
  • Manage policy renewals, policy changes, and cancellations
  • Always uphold a client-first focus through the claims process

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Insurance license preferred but not required
  • Prior insurance experience will be considered an asset
  • Prior Commercial insurance knowledge will be considered an asset
