Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete annual and system inspections to ensure optimal system operation
  • Perform installations, verifications, testing, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm systems
  • Install and program equipment as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Submit detailed service reports, maintaining accurate records for each assignment
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain customer satisfaction and quality assurance procedures
  • Adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act guidelines, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and secured
Requirements:
  • Minimum College Education in Electronics
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in service and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems
  • Valid CFAA certification
  • Proven diagnostic skills, with ability to systematically identify and resolve technical problems
  • Knowledge of IP Networks, C-Cure systems, and MS-Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Siemens Fire Alarm systems
  • Knowledge of Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV
