We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control section inventory and cash register
  • Maximize team and sales performance
  • Handle customer requests and special situations
  • Ensure Première Moisson standards are applied
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store
  • Open and/or close the store

Requirements:

  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques
  • Ability to manage a team of employees
  • Good communicator
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Fluency in spoken English (asset)
