IT Service Delivery Coordinator

Ammolite Technology Ltd is seeking an IT Service Delivery Coordinator to support our internal team and clients across Western Canada. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for connecting clients to various Ammolite team members to solve their tech requests and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a helpdesk tier 2/3 team member, triage incoming client requests, questions, and incidents, and escalate matters as required.
  • Assign tickets to other team members as appropriate and coordinate service requests that require onsite attention.
  • Ensure that service request tickets have complete and accurate information, including key client information, ticket details, and any service notes.
  • Coordinate with technical team members to ensure timely updates and review tickets that need to be escalated.
  • Act as an escalation point for tier one colleagues, providing guidance and support for technical matters that require additional support.
  • Review and schedule onsite support requests and coordinate internally to assign the appropriate resources.
  • Follow up on client feedback and surveys to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead weekly ticket review meetings with our technical team to ensure items are moving towards resolution and align with stated service level objectives.
  • Develop robust service level reporting, including key performance indicators, and partner with Ammolite's management team to continuously review improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical support experience in a service desk/helpdesk or system administrator role.
  • Experience with key technology areas, including Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Entra AD administration, and intermediate to senior level skill sets surrounding end user computer troubleshooting, networking, and printing.
  • Networking/security experience, including VPN configuration and support.
  • Server, workstation, and M365 backup support and administration.
  • Endpoint detection and response and security platform support and administration.
