About the Role

The Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team at our Victoria, BC lodge. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of our lodge program, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and supervising volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the effective delivery of the lodge program
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients
  • Support clients to become familiar with the lodge environment
  • Provide referrals to other support programs as needed
  • Ensure a safe environment within the lodge
  • Supervise volunteers to promote a supportive and welcoming environment
Requirements
  • Knowledge of initiatives, goals, and policies of Lodge services
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Cancer Society's priorities, initiatives, and programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work a 24-hour flexible schedule
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
