Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tri Pac Restaurants Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
