About the JobWe are seeking an exceptional Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and submit accurate budget estimates for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
- Scheduling and Progress Monitoring: Plan and coordinate project schedules, milestones, and progress reports to ensure seamless execution.
- Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Budget Planning and Management: Plan and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
