Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to optimize business performance
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Manage financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Identify and investigate financial compliance issues
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or financial management
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Proficient in financial software and systems
Working Conditions
