Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and inform business decisions.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
