Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ReForest London. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and inform business decisions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
