Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at ReForest London. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Operations: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support business decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Our office is a hybrid environment, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a health care plan and 37.5 hours of work per week.
