Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Edmonton, AB team at IDN-Canada.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and following up to expedite sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Utilizing computer systems to provide information on price and availability
  • Providing product and positional training
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge
  • Contacting manufacturers/vendors for product information
  • Executing daily branch functions

Requirements:

  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English
  • Computer aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

IDN-Canada offers a competitive salary, benefit package, monthly and yearly bonus opportunities, commissions, and a RSP program.

This is a full-time position with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Candidates must be bondable with no criminal record and legally authorized to work in Canada.
