Job Summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager, International Customer Experience to lead our global wholesale nitrogen and phosphate operations. This role requires a strong understanding of international markets, incoterms, and customs regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for processing international transactions, including order entry, adjustments, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of international shipments.
  • Manage key accounts and develop relationships with customers, agents, and forwarders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, international business, or supply chain management.
  • 8+ years of experience in international business, with a focus on wholesale operations and customer experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex international transactions and regulations.
