Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team and executing key account initiatives, including marketing and sales promotions at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in executing ongoing sales plans and key account initiatives
  • Call on Drug, Grocery, Mass, and Department retail outlets to promote our products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to drive sales and increase product visibility

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing product visibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
