Responsibilities:

* Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
* Support the Store Manager in maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and merchandising and inventory control
* Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining effective store operations

Requirements:

* 18 years of age or older
* Flexible schedule
* Prior retail management experience

Physical Demands:

* 8+ hours of standing and walking
* Climbing ladders
* Setting up fixtures
* Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
