Job Summary:
Brand Momentum is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Saint Catharines. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by executing sales plans and Key Account Initiatives (KAI) at retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team in executing sales plans and KAI initiatives
- Call on Drug, Grocery, Mass, and Department retail outlets to promote our products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales and merchandising experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry
- Experience with Companion Rep preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
