Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Client Service Supervisor to lead a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in providing exceptional care to clients in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising projects, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate services provided by the team to the community
  • Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on reliability and problem-solving
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and clients

Requirements:

  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RN or RPN
  • Leadership experience in community care, preferably in Orangeville, Shelburne, Dufferin, and surrounding regions
  • Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of PSW and nursing work, with familiarity of policies and procedures in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
