Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the services provided by the PSW team

• Supervise and organize projects within the team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RN or RPN

• Leadership experience in community care, preferably in Orangeville, Shelburne, Dufferin, and surrounding regions

• Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
