Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload, requiring standing for extended periods.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a client-focused attitude.
