Global Youth Climate Training Program Coordinator

The Global Youth Climate Training Programme is a free, fully online capacity-building programme that equips young adults with the knowledge and confidence necessary to engage in international climate policy.
This programme is a collaboration between the Global Youth Coalition and researchers at the University of Oxford. The joint team delivering this project represents a strong international and intergenerational collaboration, spanning multiple continents, professional backgrounds, and ages.
The programme will focus on building the capacity of young adults to engage in international climate policy, with a focus on developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence. Sessions will be held online, with timings adjusted to suit the cohort's time zones.
Interested young adults can apply directly through the online application form on the Global Youth Climate Training Programme webpage.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to assist with the delivery of this programme. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of climate change and its impacts, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also have a strong commitment to the values of the Global Youth Coalition and the University of Oxford.
