About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Global Traffic Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our reach, driving growth, and building meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other methods.
  • Present our solutions in a compelling way through presentations, demos, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate to create impactful sales content and campaigns.
  • Represent Global Traffic Group at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our offerings.
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress, providing insights to improve strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and services and convey them in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet clients, and represent the company.

  • Can build strong relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical users and stakeholders.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products or services effectively to prospects.
  • Be very comfortable talking to large groups of people.
  • Able to quickly analyze issues and determine the best course of action using available resources.
  • Perceptive with the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs & priorities in a fluid work environment.
  • Has a proactive and analytical problem-solving approach to overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceedingly effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • The ability to persevere in the face of rejection or setbacks.
  • Willingness to collaborate with and support colleagues across different departments is essential.
  • Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy.

Work Conditions:

  • This position is a full-time, 40hr/week requirement.
  • This position works 8hr shifts, Monday to Friday (5 x 2).
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines as required.
