Job Summary

This full-time Ticketing Internship opportunity is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced ticketing industry. You will work closely with our Ticketing Department, assisting with event management, communication, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain event files by collecting and saving final audits and sales reports for Live Nation promoted events in Ontario.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments and external event personnel on ticketing needs and concerns.
  • Assist Ticketing Department personnel with weekly onsales and manage ticket requests for internal staff, clients, and media.
  • Attend relevant meetings, functions, and discussions.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Sr. Ticketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous ticketing/box office experience is strongly desired.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Avid interest in learning about the music industry.
  • Proven ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to take direction while displaying strong personal initiative.
  • Creative thinker and self-starter with a winning attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
About the Opportunity

What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • Full-time position with a minimum commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
