About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and meet customer needs, providing personalized solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Process day-to-day transactions, manage customer accounts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities, promoting digital banking services, and introducing customers to new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in using digital banking platforms and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results in a timely manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
