About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, promoting our savings products and services, and applying security measures to validate client identities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take calls from clients and provide personalized support to meet their needs
  • Promote our savings products and services, including savings accounts, RRSPs, and TFSAs
  • Apply security measures to validate client identities and ensure the security of client information
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and advisory experience
  • Ability to promote a product or service
  • Ability to manage files rigorously
  • Team spirit and adaptability
