As a fashion designer at Reitmans (Canada) Limited, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to the next level by interpreting trends and creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the design team to define seasonal trends for our target market
* Develop and implement innovative designs that meet our customers' needs
* Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
* Participate in decision-making meetings to drive business growth
* Attend fittings to ensure garments meet our quality standards

Requirements:

* University degree (or College diploma) in Fashion Design
* Minimum 5 years of related experience
* Excellent fashion sense and knack for originality and creativity
