Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at Days Inn Liquor Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and ensure accurate storage and rotation of products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in liquor sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
