Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely commercial documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to resolve issues related to net weight and HTS codes, ensuring seamless import logistics.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance lead times and reduce costs.
  • Update the SAP system with estimated delivery dates and upload proof of delivery (POD) records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Create transport purchase orders (POs) and process invoices in the SAP system, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional competency in the English language, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of import logistics and commercial documentation.
