KPMG Canada is seeking a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our Technology Consulting Practice.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive CRM strategies and propose tailored Salesforce-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead the design of application architecture and solution blueprints, ensuring they are strategically aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate client workshops to effectively map business processes and workflows onto the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Refine business requirements gathered from clients, prioritizing them into a clear and actionable backlog for development teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on implementation methodologies and best practices, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as a technical resource, addressing complex questions and providing support during proposal presentations to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale CRM projects that meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities, as well as experience with other SaaS platforms and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and technical teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce core consulting certification(s).
  • Experience working with Salesforce AppExchange ISV partner products.
