Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of CRM strategies, defining implementation roadmaps, and proposing client solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with architects to design overall application architecture and solution designs, ensuring alignment with business goals and functional designs.
  • Lead client sessions, extracting business requirements necessary to map processes to relevant Salesforce functionalities.
  • Refine business requirements with technical and client teams to create a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
  • Share experience and best practices with clients on implementation approach, methodology, risk mitigation, and other critical areas related to solution implementation.
  • Respond to pre-sales and technical questions to provide product and business expertise for proposal preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries.
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, with experience in agile delivery methodology.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail to solve complex business requirements and communicate platform benefits.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Staying current on Salesforce platform capabilities and related technologies.
