About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Verve Senior Living's White Cliffe Terrace location. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Distribute medications and perform treatments as required, making assessments and updates to resident care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and service delivery.
  • Utilize resources effectively, allocating and monitoring nursing supplies and equipment to ensure optimal care.
  • Provide direction and supervision to front-line nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, participating in in-services and fire drills as required.
Requirements
  • Current RPN license and good standing.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and MDS/RAI.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse.
  • Experience working within a union setting.
