Registered Practical Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in a community nursing role. As an RPN, you will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in scheduled visits to assess patient needs and provide ethical and safe nursing care.
- Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to assess patients' individual needs and execute and continuously monitor care plans.
- Engage patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust.
- Maintain and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans.

Requirements:
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
